How to Retain Our Services

Our goal is to offer timely initial consultations with the referring attorney so that we can mutually determine how our services might be valuable to a particular legal matter.  To do this, we schedule an initial consultation to discuss pertinent issues, including our expertise related to the matter, potential costs, and timeline demands.  We want to make sure that all parties feel comfortable in proceeding and that everyone is in agreement with the best way to work together.  Most importantly, whether contacted by either side, our policy is “Justice for All”.  We are retained for our time and expertise, and not for any predetermined opinion or opinions.  We will also be straightforward in stating if we believe the referral question is not one that we can answer, or if we believe that the attorney may be asking the wrong question for the stated goal or issues.  We have not and do not take every case that is presented.
